Terms and Conditions

• The tourist attractions on the trails or at the clues are not necessarily recommended by Enigma Treasure Trails.

• Enigma Treasure Trails cannot be responsible for any road closures, diversions, traffic jams or accidents which occur while undertaking a route.

• The greatest care has been taken to ensure that directions given on the trails are correct but they cannot be guaranteed to be correct.

• Friends and family of representatives of Enigma Treasure Trails are welcome to purchase and participate in the trails but cannot win the jackpot of any area.

• Once the answers to a trail have been submitted they cannot be changed

• Only one set of answers can be submitted for each trail purchased and that must match the trail number for that purchase.

• Enigma Treasure Trials cannot be responsible for weather conditions obscuring clues.

• The judges’ decision regarding the tie-break question is final
