10. Falmouth

This part of Cornwall is one of my favourites and has one of my favourite clues because the name has always made me smile.  The last clue takes you to a fabulous country house which has been the star of many a film and television programme, so if you get a chance to go in ask to see the photo gallery of the famous!

Don’t forget that Cornwall has an important industrial past and one of the clues is at a site of world renown.  It also takes you to a place that could give you a chance to enhance your day right from the very start, if that’s what takes your fancy!

But one of the clues is just because I used to spend a lot of time in Italy and I spoke a bit of Italian. Badly!  It means ‘look’ …  (well, it would do if it was spelt like that and pronounced like that!)?
